HaMed – HALAMBALAKIS SA was founded in 1980 and until today continues its dynamic presence in the field of health, representing leading companies abroad and offering products and services of high-quality.

The company distributes disposables and medical equipment in hospitals, health centers, and clinics throughout Greece, as well as in other Public Organizations, such as EMS, Educational Institutions, diagnostic centers, etc. It equips and supports private clinics, physiotherapy centers & beauty salons.

From 1992 until today, the company has an organized network of home treatment throughout Crete and it fully supports patients by providing equipment, machines and disposables necessary for homecare treatment.

The network is supported 24 hours / 7 days a week by the technical support department and the scientific associates of HaMed – HALAMΒALAKIS SA.

At the same time, since 1993, the home treatment network has been supporting patients with respiratory problems, such as COPD, sleep apnea, etc., through a specialized oxygen therapy department.

HaMed – HALAMBALAKIS SA implements a quality system, that has been certified according to EN ISO 9002: 2004 by Lloyd’s RQA, since 1999 and with the ministerial decision ΔΥ8δ / 1348 & EN ISO 9001: 2004 for the import, marketing, distribution and technical support of medical devices, products, and machinery (2002).

Going through the 4th decade of operation, HaMed – HALAMBALAKIS SA develops according to market needs, keeps pace with developments, supports the development of the health sector, and offers innovative solutions and services.
